Zusammenfassung

Junge Erwachsene stellen eine besondere Gruppe in der Versorgungspsychiatrie dar, da sie andere Anforderungen an Diagnostik, Therapie und Behandlungssettings stellen als Kinder und Jugendliche, aber auch in der Erwachsenenpsychiatrie oftmals nicht adäquat behandelt und gefördert werden können. Die Transition von einem zum anderen Behandlungssetting wird oftmals als schwierig empfunden und birgt die Gefahr des Therapieabbruchs.
Ausgehend von einem Fallbericht wird die Problematik dargestellt, anhand wissenschaftlicher Daten wurden unterschiedliche Settings geprüft und die Ergebnisse bezüglich Spezifika in Diagnostik und Therapie sowie von Behandlungssettings präsentiert.
